Definition
Article 13 of the Kazakhstan Constitution guarantees that "Everyone shall have the right to judicial protection of his rights and freedoms." This ensures that if an individual's constitutional rights, including those related to labor and non-discriminatory remuneration, are violated, they have the right to seek redress and remedies through the established judicial system.
