The Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF), or Personal Training Account, is a key component of French vocational training reform. It allows employees to accumulate training rights, now denominated in euros, which they can use to finance professional training courses throughout their working life. The Freedom to Choose Professional Future Law reformed the CPF to make it more accessible and flexible, empowering individuals to manage their own skill development and career progression.
