Overview

The Law of Ukraine "On Principles of Preventing and Combating Discrimination in Ukraine" (hereinafter, "the Law") was adopted on September 6, 2012, marking a significant step in Ukraine's commitment to human rights and its journey towards European integration. This foundational legislation establishes a comprehensive legal framework designed to prevent and combat all forms of discrimination within Ukrainian society.
