Overview

AI Literacy & Culture goes beyond basic training to ensure staff at all levels understand AI risks and can use AI tools responsibly. This includes developing organizational AI competency, fostering a culture of responsible AI use, and designating AI-literate personnel.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act specifically requires that providers and deployers of AI systems ensure that their staff and other persons dealing with the operation and use of AI systems have a sufficient level of AI literacy.
