Working conditions encompass all fundamental aspects of an employment relationship, including the identity of the parties, place of work, job description, start date, duration and conditions of any probationary period, remuneration details (basic pay, components, frequency, calculation method), normal working hours, and applicable collective agreements. The Directive mandates that these conditions be communicated clearly and in writing to ensure worker awareness and predictability.
