Violencia contra las Mujeres

Any action, omission, or discriminatory practice based on belonging to the female sex, in the public or private sphere, that puts women at a disadvantage compared to men, causes death, harm, or physical, sexual, psychological, economic, or patrimonial suffering, as well as threats of such acts, coercion, or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, including those perpetrated by the State or its agents.
