Definition
The Committee on the Determination of Unfair Gender Discrimination (UGD Committee) is an adjudicative body created by the Gender Equality Act B.E. 2558 (2015). Its powers include considering petitions alleging unfair gender discrimination, prescribing provisional protective measures, and issuing legally binding orders to cease discriminatory acts, prevent recurrence, or provide compensation to aggrieved parties.
