The Workers' Statute, officially Law No. 300 of May 20, 1970, is a fundamental piece of Italian legislation that establishes comprehensive norms for the protection of workers' freedom and dignity, trade union freedom, and trade union activity in the workplace, as well as regulations concerning employment.
