Definition
Under the EPOA, this refers to employees who work for the same employer and whose jobs require comparable skill, effort, and responsibility, and are performed under similar working conditions. Minor differences in these factors do not preclude individuals from being considered similarly employed for the purpose of equal pay analysis.
