Definition
Defined as an employer, a superior, or a worker causing another worker to feel sexual humiliation or repulsion through sexual words or actions by utilizing a position in the workplace or in relation to duties, or by providing any disadvantages in employment due to disregard for sexual words or actions or other demands. The Act mandates prevention education and employer response to such incidents.
