Definition
Psychosocial risk factors are those conditions in the workplace that, due to their nature, can cause stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, and other psychological or physical health problems. These factors include excessive workloads, lack of control over work, poor work-life balance, work violence, and inadequate leadership or social support.
