The person or entity that employs a worker, assigns tasks, and pays for work performed.
Definition
A 'Poslodavac' (employer) is defined as the legal or natural person who employs a 'radnik' (worker), assigns them specific job duties, and is legally obligated to provide remuneration for the work carried out.
