Definition
A 'personal circumstance' refers to any characteristic or attribute of an individual that is protected under ZVarD, and on the basis of which discrimination is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, gender, nationality, racial or ethnic origin, language, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, social status, property status, and education.
