Pay Equity Analysis, or 'lönekartläggning' in Swedish, is an annual obligation for employers to systematically survey and analyze their provisions and practices regarding pay and other terms of employment. Its purpose is to discover, remedy, and prevent unjustified gender differences in pay for work that is considered equal or of equal value, including comparisons between female-dominated and male-dominated work groups.
