Definition
As per Article 19 of the Morocco Constitution, 'The State works for the realization of parity between men and women.' This term signifies the constitutional objective of achieving substantive equality between genders across all domains, including economic, social, and political life. It goes beyond formal equality to address systemic imbalances and promote equal representation and outcomes, requiring proactive measures from the State.
