The Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy (PIP) is the National Labour Inspectorate, a state authority in Poland established to supervise and control compliance with labour law, particularly occupational safety and health rules and regulations, as well as provisions concerning the legality of employment and other paid work. It is responsible for enforcing a wide range of labour regulations across all sectors and types of employers.
