Labor Remuneration
All forms of compensation paid by an employer to an employee for their work.
Definition
Labor remuneration (劳动报酬) refers to the comprehensive compensation provided by an employing unit to a worker in exchange for their labor. This includes not only basic wages and salaries but also overtime pay, performance bonuses, allowances, subsidies, and other welfare benefits. The Labor Contract Law requires that labor remuneration be paid on time and in full, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the labor contract and relevant state regulations.
