Definition
These are the government agencies, primarily the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) at the national level and its local counterparts, responsible for implementing, supervising, and enforcing the Law on Promotion of Employment and other labor laws. Their duties include formulating employment policies, providing employment services, conducting supervision and inspection, and handling complaints related to employment discrimination and other violations.
