Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (ITSS)

The 'Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social' (ITSS) is the autonomous public body in Spain responsible for the vigilance, control, and enforcement of compliance with all norms pertaining to the social order, including labor, social security, and pay equity regulations. It initiates sanctioning procedures under the LISOS.

The Labour and Social Security Inspectorate (Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social - ITSS) is an autonomous agency under the Spanish Ministry of Labour and Social Economy.
