Income Report
An anonymized report on gender-disaggregated pay data prepared by employers.
Definition
An 'Income Report' (Einkommensbericht) is a mandatory, anonymized document that private sector employers in Austria (with 150 or more employees) must prepare every two years. It details the number of men and women in various employment groups, their average or median wages (adjusted for part-time work), and all forms of remuneration. The report is submitted internally to employee representative bodies to promote pay transparency and identify gender pay gaps.
