Hostigamiento

Act or omission, not necessarily sexually motivated, with abuse of power, that harms the tranquility, self-esteem, health, integrity, freedom, and security of the victim, impedes her development and undermines equity. It includes denying equal employment opportunities to women, not applying the same selection criteria, not respecting their permanence or general working conditions, the disqualification of work performed, threats, intimidation, humiliations, exploitation, and all types of discrimination based on their condition as a woman.
