The Gender Equality Indicators (GEIs) are a set of six key areas against which relevant employers must report annually to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). These indicators include: gender composition of the workforce; gender composition of governing bodies; equal remuneration between women and men; availability and utility of employment terms, conditions, and practices relating to flexible working arrangements and support for family or caring responsibilities; consultation with employees on gender equality issues; and sexual harassment, harassment on the ground of sex, or discrimination. The 2023 Amendment expanded reporting requirements related to these indicators.
