The 'Employment Standards Office' (ESO) is an independent and impartial institution established under Article 6 of the QFC Law. It serves as the primary administrative and enforcement body for the QFC Employment Regulations, acting as the equivalent of the Ministry of Labour for all QFC entities. The ESO's mandate includes preventing and resolving employment disputes, facilitating compliance, and ensuring a fair and efficient labour market within the Qatar Financial Centre.
