Eruboshi Certification

A certification system administered by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) that recognizes general employers who demonstrate excellent performance in promoting women's participation and advancement in the workplace, with different levels of certification (including 'Platinum Eruboshi' for higher standards).
