Definition
The Law of Ukraine "On Remuneration of Labour" explicitly prohibits any decrease in labor remuneration rates based on an individual's origin, social and property status, race, nationality, gender, language, political views, religious beliefs, membership in a trade union or other association of citizens, type and nature of activities, or place of residence. This provision is a cornerstone of equal pay principles, aiming to ensure fair compensation free from discrimination and promoting equity in the workplace.
