Równe Traktowanie w Zatrudnieniu

Równe Traktowanie w Zatrudnieniu, or Equal Treatment in Employment, is a fundamental principle enshrined in the Polish Labour Code (Article 11(2)). It dictates that employees have equal rights for performing the same duties and prohibits any form of discrimination, whether direct or indirect, based on gender, age, disability, race, religion, nationality, political beliefs, trade union membership, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics, across all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, working conditions, promotion, and dismissal.
