Equal Treatment Without Discrimination
The right of every worker to receive fair treatment and equal opportunities from their employer, free from any form of discrimination.
Definition
This principle, enshrined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Manpower Law, ensures that every person available for a job has the same opportunity to get a job without discrimination, and every worker/laborer has the right to receive equal treatment without discrimination from their employer. This applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, placement, promotion, and working conditions, aligning with international labor standards like ILO Convention No. 111.
