Diskriminacija

Diskriminacija, as defined by the Act, refers to the act of placing any person, or a person related to them by kinship or other ties, in a less favorable position based on protected grounds. This also includes situations where a person is placed in a less favorable position due to a misconception about the existence of such grounds. The Act distinguishes between direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, incitement to discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments, and segregation.
