Mesures de correction et de rattrapage

Actions taken by companies to address identified pay gaps.

Definition

Corrective and catch-up measures (mesures de correction et de rattrapage) are actions that companies must implement when their Professional Equality Index score falls below a certain threshold (currently 75 points). These measures, which can include financial salary catch-up plans, are designed to eliminate identified remuneration gaps and ensure professional equality. They are typically negotiated with employee representatives or, failing an agreement, determined unilaterally by the employer after consulting the CSE.
