The 'Activity Duty' is a proactive obligation imposed on all public undertakings and private undertakings employing more than 50 persons. It requires these entities to make active, targeted, and systematic efforts to promote equality and prevent discrimination. This duty encompasses a four-step process: investigating risks, analyzing causes, implementing measures, and evaluating results, all conducted on an ongoing basis and in cooperation with employee representatives.
