Acoso Laboral

Workplace harassment, as redefined by Ley 2466 de 2025, encompasses any set of unacceptable behaviors and practices, or threats thereof, whether manifested once or repeatedly, that aim to cause or are likely to cause physical, psychological, sexual, or economic harm. This includes harassment and violence based on gender and extends protection to various work environments.
